Heuer and Associates is able to provide our clients with dedicated construction management services for designs we have provided. Our construction engineers are IDOT certified for documentation and contract quantities and have extensive experience in the construction field. We provide our clients with construction oversight, contractor and resident coordination, construction quantities, construction layout, all necessary project documentation, and as-built plan sets.
